Time to stand up Toronto against Land Transfer Tax ripoff!

Why is this an important time to make your voice heard?

• THIS WEEK, City Council’s important Executive Committee will be debating a proposal that calls for the Land Transfer Tax to be capped, INSTEAD of being scrapped. THIS WOULD BE A STEP BACKWARDS.
• CAPPING = KEEPING. The Executive Committee needs to hear that capping is not good enough.
• We’re making progress! There has been a lot of talk about this issue at City Hall, lately, and support from the Mayor and Budget Chief. Your efforts helped to make this happen. Keep it up!
