Isn't it dandy that the politicians attempt to claim the credit for OREA's push for modernizing the real estate transaciton! I highly praise the Conservwtive member for putting this private members bill forward once again. Remember it died when parliament was proroged last fall. It takes initiative for any member to bring forward a very positive change. That said, OREA has been the stalwart behind this action for some time. Thank you to both on your hard work on this much needed initiative.
